How to receive the second unemployment allowance

The method of receiving secondary unemployment benefits is as follows:

1, online channel application: through the social insurance public service platform or local social security app, complete the relevant contents of unemployment benefits application according to the page prompts, and then submit the application for review;

2. Third-party platform application: You can also apply for unemployment benefits on the electronic social security card pages of third-party platforms such as Alipay and WeChat, provided that the real-name authentication is completed on the platform;

3. Offline application: If you can't apply directly through online channels, you can also bring your personal ID card and social security card to the local social security agency for application procedures.

To receive unemployment benefits, you need to provide the following materials:

1. You need the original social security card and ID card of the recipient. If the original is lost, you can also issue a household registration book or identity certificate;

2. The original application form for unemployment benefits received and filled out by the unemployment insurance contractor;

3. Proof that the unemployment subsidy recipient and the original work unit have dissolved or terminated the labor relationship. This certificate should say that the company was dismissed for reasons other than my own;

4. The recipients of unemployment benefits shall go to the local human resources department for unemployment registration and job application certificate;

5. Other relevant materials required by the social security undertaking unit.

To sum up, the unemployed who meet the conditions of enjoying unemployment insurance benefits should apply for unemployment benefits at the city employment center within 60 days from the date of termination or dissolution of labor and personnel relations.

Unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance money from the unemployment insurance fund:

(a) before unemployment, the employer and I have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year;

(three) registered unemployed and have job requirements.

Article 46

Before unemployment, if I and the employer have paid a total of one year but less than five years, the longest period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits is twelve months; If the accumulated payment is over five years but less than ten years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is eighteen months; If the accumulated payment is more than ten years, the maximum period for receiving unemployment insurance benefits is twenty-four months. If you are unemployed again after re-employment, the payment time will be recalculated, and the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits will be combined with the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits that should have been received but not received in the previous unemployment, and the longest period will not exceed 24 months.
