According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting Electronic Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (No.[202 1]97 issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Department), the electronic certificates for professional and technical personnel's professional qualifications can be downloaded, inquired and verified in China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) on 20210/7. After the implementation of the electronic certificate, the paper certificate will still be issued in the original way. If the issued paper certificate is lost, damaged, or overdue, it will not be reissued.
