2. Flexible employment has paid social security. If the parturient is a flexible employee and has paid social security, although the flexible employee can only pay medical insurance and old-age insurance, but not maternity, work injury and unemployment, he can also apply for reimbursement of maternity medical expenses as long as he participates in medical insurance 1 year or more, up to 2000 yuan.

3. Medical insurance for urban and rural residents. China's medical security system is very perfect. Pregnant women who pay medical insurance for urban and rural residents can also enjoy reimbursement of maternity medical expenses, up to 1.300 yuan.

Article 28 of the Social Insurance Law conforms to the basic medical insurance drug list, diagnosis and treatment items, medical service facilities standards and emergency and rescue medical expenses, and shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund in accordance with state regulations.

Twenty-ninth medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by the social insurance agency, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.
