Social security in Hangzhou has stopped, and medical insurance can still be used.

First of all, there is no need to apply for a citizen card again. After enrolling in Xiaoshan, you can use the original citizen card in Xiaoshan Citizen Card Center.

If you need to use the outpatient expenses paid by the original insurance in Hangzhou, that is, the money in the citizen card, there are two situations to transfer social security to Xiaoshan as you said:

1, which belongs to Xiaoshan, but the social security relationship originally paid in Hangzhou has not been transferred to Xiaoshan;

2. Now I am insured in Xiaoshan, and the original social security has also been transferred to Xiaoshan.

In the first case, because your original insurance information is still in the main city of Hangzhou, the money in your citizen card is only the money after you have insured in Xiaoshan. The money originally insured in the main city of Hangzhou cannot be used until you merge social security in the future.

In the second case, as long as you open the medical insurance function, the original money will be transferred out at the same time, and you can use it after opening it.
