Second, the insured who has received the social security card but has not received the benefits through the social security card, with their valid identity documents and social security cards with activated financial functions, go to the social security agency where their social security benefits are paid, and change to pay the old-age insurance benefits through the social security card financial account.

Three, did not apply for, lost or damaged the social security card of the insured, can bring my valid identity documents to the nearest social security card issuing bank to apply for, reissue or replace the social security card and activate. Then I took my ID card and social security card to the social security payment institution and changed it into old-age insurance through the social security card.
