Personal payment. Rural residents who participate in the new rural old-age insurance shall pay the old-age insurance premium according to the regulations. At present, the payment standard is set at one year 100 yuan, which is divided into five grades: 200 yuan, 300 yuan, 400 yuan and 500 yuan, and various localities can add payment grades according to actual conditions; Insured people choose their own grades to pay, and pay more. According to the requirements of national unification, the Sichuan provincial government adjusted the payment grade in a timely manner.

Collective subsidies. Conditional village collectives shall give subsidies to the insured, and the subsidy standard shall be determined by the villagers' committee holding a villagers' meeting. Encourage other economic organizations, social welfare organizations and individuals to provide financial support for the insured.

Government subsidies. The government pays the basic pension in full to the eligible insured. The basic pension standard stipulated by the state is fully subsidized by the central government.

Local governments at all levels give basic subsidies to the insured, and the subsidy standard is not lower than 30 yuan per person per year. Among them, the total provincial financial subsidies are arranged according to 50% of local subsidies, and the province gives subsidies according to the financial level of each pilot area. The rest is shared by the city and county levels, and the specific sharing ratio is determined by the municipal (state) people's government.

If you choose to pay in 300 yuan, the local government will increase the subsidy to 5 yuan every year; If you choose to pay by 400 yuan, the local government will increase the subsidy 10 yuan every year; If 500 yuan is chosen as the unit for payment, the local government will increase the subsidy 15 yuan every year, and the fund sharing ratio is the same as the basic payment subsidy.

Conditions for receiving treatment

Elderly people with rural household registration who have reached the age of 60 and have not enjoyed the basic old-age insurance for urban workers can receive a monthly pension. When the new agricultural insurance system is implemented, those who have reached the age of 60 and have not enjoyed the basic old-age insurance benefits for urban workers can receive the basic pension on a monthly basis without paying fees, but their children who meet the conditions for insurance shall pay insurance premiums; If the age before collection is less than 15, the annual payment is allowed, and the accumulated payment shall not exceed 15. If the age is above 15, the fee shall be paid annually, and the accumulated fee shall not be less than 15.
