Retirees with work-related injuries whose payment period is less than 37.5 yuan shall be calculated as 37.5 yuan. Those who participate in the basic old-age insurance according to the "May 7th Family Workers" policy will not participate in the adjustment of the payment period.

Concern 2: Special adjustment

On the basis of general adjustment, the following personnel appropriately increase the basic pension. First, senior retirees. After adjustment according to the above standards, the basic pension is still not up to the local (provincial cities, counties and counties directly under the jurisdiction of the province) adjusted monthly per capita basic pension level of enterprise retirees, and it will be supplemented to the monthly per capita basic pension level of local enterprise retirees.
