Materials required for replacing the first generation social security card in Shenzhen with the second generation:

(1) Digital photo receipt: You can upload and print the digital photo receipt independently, or you can directly use the photos of the first generation social security card.

(2) Valid ID card: original and photocopy of ID card.

The insured who holds the first-generation IC social security card must replace the second-generation social security card before 20 19 1. There are two replacement methods:

(1) Bank channel:

Shenzhen social security participants can apply for replacement at the following 12 bank service outlets from Monday to Friday from 9: 00 to 12 and from 14 to 17: 30, including CCB, BOC, ICBC, China Merchants Bank, ABC, Bank of Communications, Ping 'an, Minsheng, China Everbright and ABC. The card can be activated within one month after the bank accepts it.

(2) Online channels:
