Classification by Social Security Classification by Social Security Center

The classification of insured units by social security center refers to the way of classifying the insured units according to the business needs and program settings of the social security center. Among them, they are categorized into real units and virtual units according to their virtual status.

Real units refer to monthly reporting contribution units, interrupted contribution units, registration-only units, and pure payment units (meaning units with only persons receiving benefits);

Virtual units refer to units falsely set up for the purpose of handling individual entrusted deductions, enjoying social insurance benefits, street payments, and the participation of persons who do not make regular contributions.

Participating units (by virtual and real status) = real units + virtual units

Real units = units for monthly reporting of contributions + units for interruption of contributions + units for registration only + units for pure payment

Virtual units = units for individual entrusted withholding + units for entitlement to social insurance subsidies + units for payment in the street + units for irregular contributors.
