How to pay the insurance for government agencies and institutions?

At present, the social security expenses of government agencies and institutions are approved by social security (medical insurance) and paid by individual taxes. After the social security registration and declaration is made by the social security or medical insurance department, the declaration is confirmed and paid in the tax client, and finally the voucher is printed by logging in to the electronic tax bureau.

The current pilot program for the reform of endowment insurance for staff in public institutions stipulates that a basic endowment insurance system combining social pooling and individual accounts shall be implemented, and the units and individuals shall pay the fees together. Units generally pay 20% of the total wages of employees, and individuals do not exceed 8% of the total wages. Units pay into social pooling funds, and individuals pay into individual account funds.
