Interim Measures for the Administration of State Scholarships for Higher Vocational Schools

Article 11 The secondary vocational education implements a financial aid policy system based on state scholarships, supplemented by on-campus scholarships, students' work-study combinations, job-shadowing internships, and tuition fee reductions in schools. The state encourages local governments, industrial enterprises and social organizations to set up secondary vocational school grants and scholarships, and encourages and guides financial institutions to provide student loans for students receiving secondary vocational education.

The conditions of secondary vocational schools to actively implement the "green channel" system, with proof of their family economic difficulties of new students, can first handle the enrollment formalities, according to the verified family economic situation to be different ways of financial assistance, and then for registration.
