Does Hangzhou Yaohao need social security to buy a house?

Hangzhou talent introduction policy is as follows:

1. Approved Class A talents can buy the first house in Hangzhou without shaking the number;

2. Qualified B, C, D, E talents and qualified talents at the corresponding level can purchase the first housing in Hangzhou, and when new commercial housing is sold in public, priority will be given to no more than 20%.

3. It is recognized that talents must have no self-owned housing within the scope of purchase restriction in Hangzhou for 3 years before they can enjoy the priority of buying houses by high-level talents;

4. If the talents have been settled for less than 5 years, they can buy a second suite in Hangzhou;

5. Houses purchased by recognized talents through priority lottery shall not be listed and traded within 5 years from the date of obtaining the real estate registration certificate;

6. If the recognized talents are registered in other places, they can still buy a house in Hangzhou without social security requirements;

7. If the recognized talents are single, you can buy a second suite in Hangzhou.

Talent type:

1, with a doctorate or senior technical title;

2. Deputy senior technical title with master's degree;

3. Overseas students who hold China passports, study abroad and obtain foreign master's degrees or above, or obtain technical titles of subtropical high or above after returning to China;

4, enjoy the national government special allowance, national, provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award winners;

5, won the national outstanding teachers, national, provincial super teachers, national famous doctors, provincial and ministerial-level young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions, as well as sports, literature and art and other professional equal honor. Meet the following conditions at the same time:

(1) has settled in Hangzhou for 5 years or has settled in Hangzhou and signed a work contract (agreement) with the employer for more than 5 years;

(2) Married over 35 years old (including divorced or widowed with minor children and custody rights) or single houseless households;

(3) The existing (or existing) housing construction area of the applicant family is less than 48 square meters (inclusive).

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
