Therefore, from July 1, Guangzhou's energy-saving cars need more than 2 years of social security before they can be licensed. The energy-saving vehicle is a gasoline and diesel passenger vehicle with the engine displacement of 1.6 liter or less, and its comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by about 20% compared with the current standard, aiming at energy conservation and emission reduction.
