Township People's Governments, Port Area Management Committees and New District Management Committees: In order to speed up the integration of rural social endowment insurance system and urban endowment insurance system in this Municipality, promote the construction of new socialist countryside and improve the level of rural residents' endowment insurance, we hereby put forward the following opinions on the preferential policies for people who participate in rural social endowment insurance (hereinafter referred to as rural endowment insurance) to enjoy urban social endowment insurance (hereinafter referred to as urban endowment insurance):

1. Scope and target: people who have participated in rural social endowment insurance, and whose cumulative payment period has exceeded 10 years since rural insurance was converted to urban insurance and after being transferred to urban insurance.

Two. Repayment and continuous payment of endowment insurance premium: If the actual payment period (including the converted payment period of agricultural insurance) to the statutory retirement age is less than 15 years, it will be paid in one lump sum according to the minimum payment base of urban insurance in that year. For pure farmers who have reached the age of 48 for men and 38 for women at the time of payment, the municipal (district) finance will grant subsidies according to the subsidy standard for pure farmers to participate in rural endowment insurance. Continued payment: after being transferred to urban insurance, the normal payment will be paid in full according to the base and proportion of flexible employees.

Three, the pension plan reached the statutory retirement age, according to the provisions of the city's insurance pension plan.

Four, the formalities shall be handled on a voluntary basis and directly after verification by the local labor and social security office. This opinion shall be implemented as of the date of issuance.

Township People's Governments, Port Area Management Committees and New District Management Committees: In order to speed up the construction of urban-rural integrated social endowment insurance system in our city, increase the convergence of rural social endowment insurance (hereinafter referred to as "rural endowment insurance") and urban social endowment insurance (hereinafter referred to as "urban endowment insurance"), and improve the level of rural residents' endowment insurance, we hereby put forward the following opinions on promoting the convergence of rural endowment insurance and urban endowment insurance:

First, the scope of the object. Registered personnel who are now participating in agricultural insurance.

Second, the conversion of payment period. After the rural insurance is transferred to urban insurance, the payment period of rural insurance is converted into the payment period of urban insurance according to 2: 1, and the personal account of rural insurance is fully transferred to urban insurance.

Third, after the rural insurance workers transfer to urban insurance, they reach the retirement age of urban insurance magic weapon (female 50 years old, male 60 years old), and when the accumulated payment period of urban insurance is less than 180 months, it is unrealistic to pay back the payment period before the rural insurance is transferred to urban insurance, but to extend the payment period (medical insurance workers also extend the payment period of medical insurance), and go through retirement procedures when the accumulated payment period reaches 180 months. Five, to participate in urban flexible employment insurance, after reaching the statutory retirement age, the cumulative payment period is less than 180 months, you can also refer to the above measures to extend the payment period to 180 months.

The above comments on intransitive verbs have been implemented since April 1 2007. If the relevant provisions of the original document No.8 (2006) are inconsistent with this opinion, this opinion shall prevail.

Note: Rural insurance is transferred to urban insurance. "The payment period of rural insurance is converted into urban insurance according to 2: 1, and the personal account of rural insurance is fully converted into urban insurance." , "In the future, all agricultural insurance personnel will be transferred to the municipal insurance ... The accumulated payment period of the municipal insurance is less than 180 months (i.e. 15 years) ..." Then after the previous agricultural insurance is completed 10 years, the transfer to the municipal insurance can only be counted as the accumulated payment period of 5 years, and then it will take 10 years to make up/kloc. So your difference should be that the fixed number of years is different from the original rural insurance.
