Who will pay social security during resettlement?

The problem of insurance convergence during the period of resettlement of demobilized noncommissioned officers is solved according to the following steps: when handling the transfer of pension insurance for retired military personnel, after the retired military personnel apply to the transfer place with the relevant supporting materials provided by the military financial department at the time of retirement, the county social security bureau inquires about the account information, and after confirming that the funds have arrived and checked correctly, the transfer operation is carried out.

Article 45 of the Regulations on the Resettlement of Retired Soldiers

Military personnel insurance management departments and local social insurance agencies shall handle the insurance relationship transfer and connection procedures for retired soldiers in accordance with relevant state regulations.

For retired soldiers who are self-employed, the social insurance agency shall go through the insurance relationship continuation procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state with the letter of introduction issued by the competent department of resettlement of retired soldiers. For retired soldiers assigned to work, the receiving unit shall go through the insurance relationship connection procedures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
