Note: 1, "continuous payment of personal income tax for more than five years (inclusive) in this city" means continuous payment for five years from the year before the application year, and there is a tax record every year, which can be broken by month and cannot be broken by year. If there is a broken year, the overdue payment is invalid. For example, the index application put forward by 20 12 requires that individual income tax be paid in this city for five consecutive years from 2007 to 20 1 1.

2 "continuous payment of social insurance in this city for more than five years (inclusive)" means that it is calculated for 60 consecutive months from the last month of the month of application, and it cannot be broken in that month.

3. In the past five years (inclusive), social insurance and personal income tax have been paid continuously in this city, and both must be met at the same time, that is to say, social insurance must be provided and individual tax must be provided.

So, you really haven't paid it for five years in a row, that's right; But in the past, it was possible to make up the payment. If you are the company's social security, the company will pay it back.
