Work-related injuries caused by social security payment in different places

Work injury must be reimbursed at the place of payment.

Reimbursement scope of industrial injury insurance

Within three days after the industrial accident, the employee shall report the industrial injury to the industrial injury express (the employee is discharged after recovery) → fill in the corresponding approval form with the industrial injury identification, invoice, admission certificate and list of the labor department → allocate funds from the industrial injury and maternity department → transfer money from the unit manager to the finance department.

The following types of medical expenses occurred during the medical treatment and rehabilitation period of work-related injuries approved by the Municipal Labor Ability Appraisal Center (hereinafter referred to as the Municipal Labor Appraisal Center) belong to the scope of reimbursement of medical expenses for work-related injuries:

1. The outpatient (emergency) consultation and hospitalization expenses related to work-related injuries incurred by the insured person of work-related injury insurance in the medical institution of work-related injury agreement.

2. The medical expenses for outpatient (emergency) consultation and hospitalization directly related to work-related injuries in non-work-related hospitals shall follow the principle of immediate rescue after work-related injuries. That is, the outpatient (emergency) consultation on the day of work injury and the hospitalization expenses within 7 days from the date of work injury.

3. Out-of-town (emergency) consultation and hospitalization expenses directly related to work-related injuries that occur outside China's overall planning areas for business trips, business studies and long-term work in different places.

Work-related injury insurance reimbursement process

The application for treatment of work-related injury (death) personnel shall be submitted to the Medical Insurance Office after the unit fills in the Application for Approval Form for Insurance Treatment of Workers' Work-related Injury (Death) and submits relevant materials. The relevant materials to be submitted are as follows:

1, work-related injury (death) notice, work-related injury disability certificate or labor ability appraisal conclusion.

2, the occurrence of work-related injury medical expenses, to submit a valid invoice, settlement list or a copy of the doctor's advice, discharge summary after the end of hospitalization.

3, inductrial injury treatment transfer, beyond the scope of medication, carrying the declaration and approval form for the transfer of inductrial injury worker and the declaration and approval form for the special examination and treatment of inductrial injury worker.

4, the installation of artificial limbs, orthoses and other auxiliary devices, carrying the "application form for the installation of assistive devices for disabled workers".

5. The household registration book, identity card and survival certificate issued by the public security household registration management department of the dependent relatives pension holder. Street and township governments issue certificates to support relatives who have no source of income and enjoy pensions. The civil affairs department issued a certificate that the person who enjoys the pension for supporting relatives is a lonely old man or an orphan. Proof that dependent relatives enjoy a pension at school. Support relatives pension holders to support their children, should be issued by the adoption certificate and other materials.
