Second, the annual inspection arrangement

(a) table, self-examination.

(2) Time and place of annual inspection

(3) Providing information

(1) social insurance registration certificate verification and wage declaration self-inspection form in duplicate;

(2) Copy of business license or legal person registration certificate;

(3) A copy of the organization code certificate;

(4) Original social insurance registration certificate (dark blue cover);

(5) Bank account opening license (receiving bank)

(6) A copy of the tax registration certificate.

2, check the materials required for the unit to declare wages.

(1) Summary of self-inspection of declared wages;

(2)20 1 1 the original and photocopy of the basic table of labor statistics and the annual financial report in the fourth quarter;

(3) The original and photocopy of the financial payroll account list (with debit payroll details attached);

(4)20 1 1 to 12 employee salary distribution list;

(5) The newly-added personnel shall pay the social insurance fee of 20 1 1 year.

(6) Other wage-related certification materials, account books, vouchers and subpoenas that should be declared by the authentication unit.

(4) Annual inspection and payment

Units that underreport social insurance premiums (except the employing units for special annual inspection) shall complete the formalities of reporting and paying fees before the end of July 2065438+2002.

Three. Contents of annual inspection

Check whether the social insurance registration information is accurate; Whether to participate in social insurance for all employees; Whether to declare social insurance premiums according to the total wage of the unit and the wage income of employees; Whether to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, and whether there is any default.

Four, from July 20 12, when the unit handles employment, termination, retirement, social security declaration and other businesses, it should take the initiative to produce the Social Insurance Registration Certificate (original) that passed the annual social security inspection. Units that fail to participate in the annual inspection within the time limit will be investigated and dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
