If the social security card is activated before the 20th of each month, the funds of this month and the previous medical personal account will be paid to the account by combining at the end of that month or the beginning of next month. If the social security card is activated after the 20th day of each month, it will take one and a half months for the funds in the medical personal account to be paid to the account.
