How to collect social security unemployment benefits

Legal Objective:

Article 45 of the Social Insurance Law states that unemployed persons who meet the following conditions shall receive unemployment insurance benefits from the Unemployment Insurance Fund: (1) the employer and the person have paid unemployment insurance premiums for one year before becoming unemployed; (2) the person has interrupted employment not because of the person's own will; and (3) the person has been registered as unemployed and has the requirement to seek employment.
