Fresh graduates of various secondary vocational and technical schools and above (including secondary vocational and technical schools) with urban household registration in Shanghai can apply for the "Labor Manual" with household registration certificate, ID card, original and photocopy of graduation certificate, and two one-inch ID photos to the district and county employment agency where the labor administrative department is located.
