Can the social security I paid in Kunshan buy a house in Suzhou?

At present, buying a house in Suzhou needs to meet one of the following two conditions:

1. Suzhou local hukou (including Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Taicang and Kunshan) can buy 3 suites in Suzhou, and the third suite needs to be purchased in full.

2. If a non-Suzhou local hukou needs to pay social security 12 months or more in Suzhou (including Zhangjiagang, Changshu, Taicang and Kunshan) within two years, you can buy a commercial house. The down payment ratio is divided into 30%, 50% or 80% according to whether there is a loan record.
