2. Processing flow:

(1) The employees who apply for the card for the first time go to the networked photo studio of the second-generation ID card recognized by the municipal public security organ to take digital photos, and ask the photo studio for the receipt of XX social security card digital photos, and at the same time fill in the name and ID number neatly on the receipt for convenience. Employees who have applied for social security cards, but need to apply for them again after losing them, do not need to submit the receipt of digital photos;

(2) Enterprises that have applied for online declaration can directly apply for online certification. First, print the voucher, arrange the receipt of the digital photos of the employees who need to make vouchers according to the order of printing the voucher and attach them to the list, and provide a copy of the employee's ID card, submit it to the business card printing window designated by social security, pay the fee and receive the business card printing receipt;

(3) If the online declaration is not made, the enterprise shall submit a copy of the employee's ID card and a receipt of the digital photo of the social security card. The digital photo receipts of social security cards are arranged in the order of insurance reports and attached to the insurance reports. If the lost social security card needs to be reissued, you can directly fill in the "Application Form for Reissuing the Social Security Card of X City". After the collection department to which the payment belongs prints the voucher list, it can pay at the business card printing window designated by social security and receive the business card printing receipt;

(4) The personnel who pay in the individual payment window will fill in the form, pay the fee and receive the official card receipt with the original ID card and the receipt of the social security card digital photo.

For initial business card printing and replacement of card suppliers and products, test cards must be made in a formal business card printing environment, and can be formally made and distributed only after passing the standard compliance audit, safety audit and cross-regional universality test organized by the Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Informatization Leading Group.

Card-issuing areas should formulate a scientific and reasonable distribution process in accordance with the principle of convenience for cardholders, so as to facilitate cardholders to issue social security cards.
