2. Processing flow:

(3) If the online declaration is not made, the enterprise shall submit a copy of the employee's ID card and a receipt of the digital photo of the social security card. The digital photo receipts of social security cards are arranged in the order of insurance reports and attached to the insurance reports. If the lost social security card needs to be reissued, you can directly fill in the "Application Form for Reissuing the Social Security Card of X City". After the collection department to which the payment belongs prints the voucher list, it can pay at the business card printing window designated by social security and receive the business card printing receipt;

(4) The personnel who pay in the individual payment window will fill in the form, pay the fee and receive the official card receipt with the original ID card and the receipt of the social security card digital photo.
