How to exchange social security cards for social security books?

I need my ID card and its front and back 1 copy (A4), two photos of 1 inch color bareheaded dark clothes, one copy of the original household registration book, one copy of the first page of the household registration book, one copy of my page and one copy of the change page (A4), and go to the relevant bank in this city (with my ID card) to deposit the pension, unemployment and medical insurance benefits in full into the debit card.
