Social security transfer refers to the process of pension insurance relationship transfer when the insured person is employed across the overall planning area. In Changchun City, migrant workers in the province who have established the basic old-age insurance relationship and paid the fees according to the regulations may apply for the transfer and connection procedures of the basic old-age insurance relationship if they meet one of the following conditions:

1. Men under 50 years old and women under 40 years old sign labor contracts with the insured enterprises in our city and pay the basic old-age insurance premium;

2. Men over 50 years of age, women over 40 years of age, the last household registration in Changchun City, employed and insured in Changchun City (including flexible employees with urban household registration in Changchun City);

3. With the approval of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the administrative division at or above the county level and the administrative department of human resources and social security, establish labor relations with the transferred units and pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

When the insured in Shuangyang District and Jiutai District of Changchun City are transferred to the same level in Changchun City, it shall be handled according to the above conditions.

Handling materials:

1. I need to provide the original ID card, the agent provides the original ID cards of both parties, and the unit manager needs to carry the official seal;

2. Fill in the Application Form for Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship;

3. The original certificate of payment of basic old-age insurance issued by the original insured place.

According to different types, the following materials need to be reviewed separately:

(a) to participate in the insurance in an individual capacity, and to provide the original residence booklet of this Municipality for the employees of the insured units whose women have reached the age of 40 and whose men have reached the age of 50;

(2) Insured persons with non-Changchun household registration in provincial industrial units shall provide proof of permanent residence in industrial units (except those who pay unemployment insurance premiums in Changchun);

(3) If the transfer is approved by the administrative department of human resources and social security, provide the Approval Form for the Transfer of Pension Insurance Relationship of Provincial Enterprise Personnel and the appointment document of the competent unit.

Transfer out of different places

Treatment conditions:

To participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees, apply for transfer to different places in the province. People who are enjoying unemployment insurance benefits, social insurance subsidies and discount loans cannot be transferred out.

The transfer platform in the province uploads the contact letter of the transfer and connection of the basic old-age insurance relationship.
