First, put yourself on record.

Step 3: Fill in the filing information and contact information, and upload relevant materials. After confirmation, click the submit for record button.

Second, put on record for others

Tip: You can only apply for a family member account.

Step 1: According to the actual situation of the applicant you need help, select the place of insurance, medical place, type of insurance and applicant, and then click the start declaration button.
