The archives management contract signed by retirees and our center will automatically terminate from the date when the archives are handed over to the street; 2. The archives management center is responsible for issuing retirement certificates uniformly printed by retirees in the city, and charging service fees 150 yuan when obtaining the certificates; 3. I will go to the labor department of the street (town) where the household registration is located or the street social security office to go through the retirement fee collection procedures with my retirement certificate, household registration book and ID card; 4, has established a housing provident fund retirees, with retirement certificate to the original provident fund deposit department for withdrawal procedures; 5 retirees who have participated in the basic medical insurance will transfer the medical insurance relationship to the street labor and social security department or street social security office where the household registration is located after retirement; 6.
