If the household registration is Xiaoshan, it is not recommended to transfer to endowment insurance, but to medical insurance.
If the registered permanent residence is not Xiaoshan, you can go directly to Hangzhou Social Security to open a transfer letter of pension relationship, and go to Hangzhou Medical Insurance Bureau (Hangzhou pension and medical insurance are separated), and then go to Xiaoshan Social Security with the pension relationship letter. Medical insurance is generally mailed by Hangzhou Medical Insurance Bureau.
Remember to confirm that the unit has stopped paying social security for you when you come to Xiaoshan for transfer procedures.
