The difference between overall planning and social security

Different basic attributes and different functions of objects.

1, with different basic attributes: overall planning is an administrative social welfare system led by the government. The purpose is to provide basic living security for social workers and their families through compulsory means. Social security is the business activity of financial enterprises, aiming at profit. Participating in social security is voluntary, and signing a contract with an insurance institution is an equivalent exchange relationship.

2. The different functions of the object: to provide basic living allowances and relief measures for workers and their families in the case of birth, old age, illness, disability, injury and unemployment. Social security has a wider scope of application, including everyone. Among them, medical insurance plays an important role, especially in the co-ordination of serious diseases to help participants cope with high medical expenses.
