Payment process:

Unit processing-already working

1. The employer unloads the relevant insurance information of the employer and employees through the social insurance agency or Beijing social insurance online service platform, and imports it into the local "Beijing Social Insurance Information System Enterprise Management Subsystem";

2. The employer inputs detailed information through the "Enterprise Management Subsystem of Beijing Social Insurance Information System";

3. After the employer completes the overdue entry, it will export the overdue offer document and print out the Beijing Social Insurance Payment Schedule (Table 4) and the Basic Medical Insurance Payment Table (Table 10) in triplicate, and affix the official seal;

4. When the employee's social insurance relationship is interrupted due to the change of work unit during the insured period, and it is necessary to pay the social insurance premium for nearly three months, the employer can directly quote through the "Beijing Social Insurance Information System Enterprise Management Subsystem" and print the relevant payment details for declaration. If the social insurance premium is overdue for more than three months, the employer needs to provide proof of the labor (employment) relationship with the employees during the overdue period and proof of salary income. Among them, the endowment insurance approved by the administrative department of human resources and social security also needs to carry relevant approval materials.
