At present, people who hold social security cards (IC cards) can use the applicant's photos by default without providing a digital photo receipt when handling IC cards (for example, it is recommended to update the original IC card photos that have been received for more than five years, so as not to affect medical treatment or other business handling due to appearance changes).

(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan people need to provide a pass to and from the mainland and an employment permit within the validity period;

Units can pre-apply online through the social security card unit pre-application system. After the bank has passed the pre-examination, the unit shall submit relevant materials to the signing bank outlets according to the system prompts. When applying for the first time, you need to choose a bank to sign a contract. Once the unit and the bank confirm it, it will not be changed. At the beginning of the issuance of the financial social security card, the unit can only apply for insurance without the original Shenzhen social security IC card and magnetic stripe card.

Personal social security card processing fee description

The first bid (including replacing the original social security card or magnetic stripe card with a financial social security card) is free. The fee for the replacement of the financial social security card shall be charged by the cooperative bank to the cardholder according to the standard approved by the provincial price department (currently 20 yuan/Zhang).

Provincial, prefecture-level human resources and social security departments that are allowed to issue social security cards should formulate clear rules for the application and management of social security cards, and announce them to the public through express delivery in service places and publicity on government websites.
