Proportion of Hunan social security provident fund payment

Hunan Provincial Housing Provident Fund Management Center has standardized and adjusted the proportion, base and monthly contribution of provident fund in 20 16 (from July 20 16 to June 30/20 17). Details are as follows:

I. Deposit ratio

In 20 16, the minimum deposit ratio of housing provident fund for units and employees is 8%, and the maximum deposit ratio is 12%. The deposit ratio of units and individuals must be consistent.

For enterprises with difficulties in production and operation, they may apply for appropriately reducing the deposit ratio of housing provident fund in stages, with the minimum deposit ratio of not less than 5%, and temporarily implement it for two years.

Two. Deposit base and monthly deposit amount

(1) deposit base. The deposit base of housing provident fund is the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year, which shall not exceed 3 times the average monthly salary of employees in the previous year announced by the municipal statistics department. According to the Annual Average Wage of Urban Workers in Changsha in 20 15 years published by Changsha Municipal Bureau of Statistics, the monthly average wage of urban workers in Changsha in 20 15 years is 5605.5 yuan. Therefore, in 20 16 years, the maximum monthly deposit base of employee housing provident fund is 168 16.5 yuan.

(2) Monthly deposit. The monthly deposit amount of housing provident fund is the sum of deposit bases multiplied by the deposit ratio of units and employees respectively. The calculation publicity is: monthly deposit amount = monthly deposit base × (unit deposit ratio+employee deposit ratio).

According to the calculation, the maximum monthly contributions of the unit and employee housing provident fund in 20 16 are 20 18 yuan respectively, that is, the total monthly contributions do not exceed 4,036 yuan; The minimum monthly deposit of units and employees is 100 yuan, that is, the total monthly deposit shall not be lower than that of 200 yuan.
