Henan household registration can buy a house in Zhengzhou, but it also needs to meet the qualifications of Zhengzhou. First, you have to pay social security for 24 months in Zhengzhou, and then you have to pay a tax for 24 months in Zhengzhou. According to Article 2 of the Notice of the General Office of Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government on Further Strengthening the Regulation of Real Estate (No.75 []), non-Zhengzhou registered households must provide proof that they have paid personal income tax or social insurance for more than 2 years (including 2 years) in this city.

I. Housing conditions in Zhengzhou

According to the currently known policies, the latest purchase conditions in Zhengzhou are as follows:

Meet one of the following conditions, you can buy a house in Zhengzhou:

1, who has been paying social security continuously in Zhengzhou for 24 months;

2. Continuous payment of individual tax in Zhengzhou for 24 months;

1, regional division:

(1) Restricted purchase area: within five districts of Zhengzhou (Jinshui District, Zhongyuan District, Huiji District, Erqi District and Guancheng District) and Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone, Zhengdong New District, Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone, Zhengzhou High-tech Zone, xinzheng city, Xingyang City and zhongmou county;

(2) Unlimited purchase areas: gongyi city, Dengfeng, Shang Jie and xinmi city.

Note: there is a limit on the number of units purchased in the restricted area, and there is no limit on the number of units purchased in the non-restricted area.

2. Limit the number of sets.

(1) Zhengzhou hukou: limited to 2 sets; Singles are limited to one set.

(2) Non-Zhengzhou hukou: 1 set is limited.

3. Other contents

(1) Sales of houses (including new commercial houses and existing houses) to enterprises registered for less than 3 years (excluding enterprises specializing in housing leasing business) are suspended in the restricted purchase area.

(2) In the administrative area of Zhengzhou (i.e. 12 restricted purchase area), houses purchased after May 3rd (inclusive) shall not be listed and transferred within three years from the date of obtaining the certificate of immovable property rights.

(3) In the administrative area of Zhengzhou City, if the house is transferred by gift after May 3 (inclusive), the donor can buy the house again after signing the gift contract and going through the transfer confirmation formalities for three years.

Third, Zhengzhou talent housing subsidy policy

As long as the following conditions are met, 1 graduates with bachelor degree or above can apply for housing subsidies.

Conditional requirements:

1, bachelor degree to apply for housing subsidies, there are requirements of "double first-class" institutions (double first-class institutions shall be subject to the list published annually by the Institute of Higher Education of Shanghai Jiaotong University);

2. Doctoral education is required to be under 35 years old;

3. Need to settle in Zhengzhou within three years after graduation;

4. Need to buy a house in Zhengzhou for the first time, the purchase contract has been filed, pay taxes according to regulations, and obtain tax payment vouchers.

Subsidy amount:
