How to apply for a child social security card?

Children's social security card processing process:

1. Bring the insured's ID card or household registration book and other relevant certificates to the local social security service center to apply for the children's social security card;

2. The staff will conduct a preliminary examination of the applicant's information and fill in the application registration form for children's social security card;

3. Business card printing will be completed within 30 working days after the application is approved;

4. The guardian can get the child's social security card at the handling place with his ID card.

Materials required for children's social security card application:

1, 16 years old (inclusive) or above with ID card, ID card copy.

2. If 16 years old or older has no ID card, apply for copies of temporary id card and temporary id card.

3./kloc-For children under 0/6 years of age, their household registration is with their parents. Home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' page, parents' ID card and all the above copies are required.

4./kloc-Children under 0/6 years old whose household registration is not with their parents need home page, relationship index page, children's page, parents' household registration page, parents' ID card and all the above copies, plus certificates issued by neighborhood committees or police stations (to prove the relationship between children and parents).

5./kloc-Children under the age of 0/6, whose parents died, shall be handled by the second guardian. Please refer to Articles 3 and 4 above for the required materials.

Thirteenth card-issuing areas shall, in accordance with the principle of convenience for cardholders, formulate a scientific and reasonable distribution process to facilitate cardholders to issue social security cards.

Article 15 Human resources and social security departments at all levels shall guarantee cardholders' right to inquire about and handle human resources and social security business, adopt technical means and management measures to protect cardholders' personal privacy, use relevant information of social security cards according to law, and ensure the safe use of social security cards.

Nineteenth social security cards are no longer used because of damage, loss, expiration and other reasons, and should be included in the invalid list. Invalid list should be managed at different levels. The human resources and social security departments in Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and provinces and cities respectively manage the invalid lists of social security cards in the whole country, the whole province and the whole city, and provide inquiry services.
