In order to promote the transfer and continuation of old-age insurance in our region as soon as possible, according to the provisions of the Letter on the Payment of Old-age Insurance Premium by the Staff of Government Organs and Institutions during their Work in Enterprises (No.873 of Shaanxi People's Society [2018]), we will focus on the payment of old-age insurance premium during their work in enterprises, and all insured units are requested to handle it according to regulations.

First, the scope of payment. Staff who have participated in the endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions can pay back the unpaid endowment insurance premiums for enterprise employees during their work in the enterprise. For those who still participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees after entering the institutions, the fees after entering the enterprise will not be refunded.

Second, the payment subject. For the old-age insurance payment of the original work enterprise is normal, in principle, I should apply to the original enterprise, and the original enterprise should report to the corresponding old-age insurance agency for overdue payment; For the case that the original work enterprise no longer exists or the endowment insurance payment is abnormal, I am willing to pay it back, and the current work unit agrees to assist in handling the relevant procedures, and the current unit can declare the payment to the enterprise endowment insurance agency.

Third, the payment process. 1. The unit conducts a thorough investigation on employees who have participated in the endowment insurance of government agencies and institutions, including on-the-job employees and retirees after 20 14 and 10. After a thorough investigation, determine the list of employees who have worked in the enterprise, and be responsible for informing me of the policy of overdue payment within a time limit. 2. I inquire about the payment records of the enterprise during my work. If there is any arrears, I should collect files through the unit, including files recording the years of work experience of the enterprise (including recruitment form) and confirmation form of time to enter the government and institutions (including transfer procedures). 3, by the unit to the enterprise employee pension insurance agencies to submit a unified application, the application should be issued by all personnel to fill in the application documents and attach relevant files.

Fourth, the payment standard. The supplementary fee (including interest) shall be determined by the enterprise employee pension insurance agency according to the annual supplementary fee policy. If the current unit assists me to pay back the expenses, it shall promptly notify me to provide the overdue expenses, and go through the relevant formalities at the enterprise employee pension insurance agency on its behalf.

5. Transfer and connection. After the completion of this payment, the relevant units should handle the transfer as soon as possible, and those that have been transferred can be transferred again after the payment. The payment period of the paid personnel before and after the transfer is calculated together, and the unpaid time is not included in the payment period. If I don't want to return it or the company doesn't want to help, I must confirm it in writing to our center when I handle the transfer for the last time.

6. Time limit for centralized payment. The window of endowment insurance premium for enterprise employees in our province is open within a time limit, and if the window is closed without payment, the endowment insurance agency shall regard it as giving up payment. If there is any contradiction and dispute, it shall be handled by myself and the unit.
