3. Issuance of Employee Pension Insurance Handbook

The Employee Pension Insurance Handbook is stamped with a special seal (steel seal) by the Management Office of Active Employees. The employee's contribution record is filled in by the unit, and the Employee Pension Insurance Handbook is kept by the unit.

5. Replacement of the Employee Pension Insurance Handbook

(1) Application for Replacement of the Handbook

After losing or damaging the Employee Pension Insurance Handbook (hereinafter referred to as "the Handbook"), a participating unit will bring along the relevant documents and information, and apply for replacement of the Handbook to the Management Office of the Employees in Service.

(2) the application for replacement of the handbook need to provide the following documents and information:

(2) In-service reduction

1. Declaring in-service interruption reduction

If an insured employee interrupts or terminates his pension insurance relationship due to termination of labor contract, joining the army, going to school, transferring, resigning, dismissing, removing, expelling, reeducation-through-labor, sentencing, death, leaving the country to settle in the country, or voluntary withdrawal of migrant workers from their home country, the participating unit should bring in the relevant documents and materials and submit the documents and information to the municipal social security bureau by the 11th of the same month to the 5th of the following month. 2. The following documents and information are required to be provided when applying for the reduction of employment:

2. Transfer of Employees' Pension Insurance Relationships

(1) If an employee transfers out of a city or province within the scope of co-ordination or transfers to an institution, the transferring unit shall bring the "Report on the Interruption (Termination) of Employees' Pension Insurance Relationships", "Employee's Pension Insurance Handbook", "Social Insurance Cards", and "Employee's Labor Handbook" to the "Employees' Worker Management Office" for the procedures of reduction of the number of employees in the workforce.
