How do Shenzhen individuals purchase social security certificates?

Go to the social security bureau to apply for changing personal basic information and ask the company to issue a statement of the situation and explain the reasons.

Processing voucher

(1) The insurance certificate that the insured unit is the insured.

2, the identity card number of the insured unit (in alphabetical order by the insured's surname)

Accepting department

1, Ministry, provincial and municipal insured units are accepted by the lobby of the Municipal Social Security Bureau (among them, enterprise payment units are accepted by the enterprise insurance window, and other payment units are accepted by the enterprise insurance window).

2. It belongs to the insured unit accepted by the local social insurance office.

3. Self-employed workers go to cities. Regional social insurance institutions.

The company was established (registered) in 2008, and the employee social security was not completed in one year. The reason is that only a company legal person can buy social security employees, but the company legal person is registered in Shenzhen and has bought social security in Shenzhen for many years. Guangzhou Social Security Bureau requires Shenzhen Social Security Bureau to issue a "certificate of participation" to prove that the legal person has participated in insurance in Shenzhen, but Shenzhen Social Security Bureau can only provide a daily account of participation and affix its official seal, which Guangzhou Social Security Bureau does not recognize. Guangzhou Social Security Bureau can't provide the standard certificate of enrollment, only computer documents, saying that every social security center can do it, but Shenzhen Social Security Bureau says no, annoying! Somebody help me.

1, register

The insured unit shall, within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license or establishment, apply to the social security agency for social insurance registration.

When handling social insurance registration, the insured units shall fill in the Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing (form 1) and present the following documents and materials:

(1) The enterprise holds the Business License of Enterprise as a Legal Person (copy);

(2) Institutions hold the Certificate of Legal Person of Institutions (copy);

(3) Social organizations hold "legal person registration certificate for Social Organizations" (copy);

(four) the administrative letter of introduction from the state organ to the unit;

(five) the unified code certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department;

(six) other relevant documents and materials approved for practice.

Foreign-invested enterprises must also hold the Approval Certificate for Foreign-invested Enterprises in People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by relevant departments.

The offices (institutions) established in Beijing by foreign countries, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and foreign institutions shall present the Registration Certificate of Permanent Representative Office of Foreign (Regional) Enterprises or the Registration Certificate of Foreign-invested Enterprises' Offices issued by the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce.

A domestic branch with the status of an unincorporated person in Beijing must also provide a power of attorney issued by a superior legal entity to participate in Beijing's social insurance co-ordination.
