After paying social security 15 years, can I still get a pension after being sentenced for civil disputes?

Persons who are unable to go through the formalities of receiving old-age insurance due to criminal imprisonment can go through the formalities of receiving basic old-age pension if they reach retirement age after being released from prison and have paid 15 years.

Persons who participate in social endowment insurance will reach the legal retirement age after the crime is lifted before retirement or the retirement benefits for illegal crimes after retirement;

1. Those who participate in social endowment insurance reach the statutory retirement age after being released from prison for crimes committed before retirement. 1June 30, 998, those who participated in the old-age insurance and accumulated the payment period of 10 years can receive the basic pension according to the regulations; After1July, 998 (including that day), those who participated in the old-age insurance and accumulated the payment period of 15 years can receive the basic pension according to the regulations; If the accumulated payment period is less than 10 years or 15 years, the payment can be made up to 10 years or 15 years, and the pension benefits can be enjoyed. Not affected by the crimes committed or whether they are deprived of political rights.

2. If a person who participates in social endowment insurance reaches the legal retirement age during the period of criminal imprisonment before retirement (excluding probation, parole and execution outside prison) or during the period of reeducation through labor, the retirement formalities shall be suspended, and the retirement formalities shall be handled according to the regulations after the expiration of his sentence or reeducation through labor.

3, to participate in social endowment insurance personnel before retirement was sentenced to probation, parole or temporary execution outside prison to reach the statutory retirement age, can go through retirement procedures, enjoy pension benefits, but do not participate in the basic pension adjustment. If the probation is revoked, the sentence expires, the parole is revoked, and the temporary execution outside prison is revoked to continue serving the sentence, the basic pension will be stopped from the month of revocation. After the expiration of probation, it is declared that the original sentence will not be executed, and after the expiration of parole, it is declared that the original sentence has been executed and temporarily executed outside prison until the punishment is completed. The basic pension will continue to be paid according to the original standard, and will participate in the adjustment of the basic pension in the next year.
