Work-related injury reimbursement process and information are as follows:

1. Application: The unit manager holds the Application Form for Work Injury Identification in quadruplicate, and the copy is invalid; One original and one copy of the diagnosis certificate and the diagnosis certificate of outpatient cases or occupational diseases; One original and one copy of the text of the labor contract; Copy of the injured person's ID card. Hospitalization food subsidies reported to the social security center;

2. Acceptance: The work-related injury identification department will review the application within 15 days after receiving it, and accept the qualified application. If the application materials are incomplete, inform the unit manager to fill in the materials within 30 days;

3. Identification: within 60 days after the review, make a notice of the conclusion of work-related injury identification and inform the unit manager, inform the unit manager if it does not meet the identification conditions, and issue a work-related injury identification letter if it is identified as a work-related injury.

Work-related injury identification process:

1. Workers with work-related injuries or their employers bring the above information to the labor ability appraisal committee to apply for work-related injury appraisal;
