Working hours of Yuyao Social Security Bureau

Yuyao Social Security Bureau belongs to the national administrative unit, so its working hours should comply with the relevant provisions of the State Council's Regulations on Working Hours of Employees, that is, the working hours system is 8 hours a day, with an average of 40 hours a week, so the working hours of Yuyao Social Security Bureau are generally 9:00- 17:00 from Monday to Friday. The Social Security Bureau generally refers to the Social Security Bureau and is responsible for the following functions: 1. To implement the national and provincial guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on social insurance; 2. To study and draft relevant local social insurance policies; 3, guide the county social insurance agencies related to social insurance work; 4, organize the implementation of social insurance work plan, strengthen the daily management of business work.

Provisions of the State Council on Working Hours of Employees

Article 1 These Provisions are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Constitution in order to reasonably arrange the work and rest time of employees, guarantee their right to rest, arouse their enthusiasm and promote the development of socialist modernization.

Article 3 The state practices a working hour system in which employees work 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week on average.

Article 7 State organs and institutions shall practise uniform working hours. Since the implementation of these regulations, Saturday and Sunday in the first week are rest days, Sunday in the second week is rest days, and so on.
