How to link the unit turnover insurance?

If the original unit agrees to affiliate, the social security part undertaken by the company needs to be negotiated, and the proportion paid by the individual will generally be shared by the individual and the unit when leaving the original unit.

If the original unit does not agree, you need to apply for freelance pension insurance.

According to the provisions of Article 10 of the Social Insurance Law, individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in the basic old-age insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees can participate in the basic old-age insurance and pay the basic old-age insurance premium.

It should be noted that the proportion of freelancers paying endowment insurance in different regions is slightly different. For example, in Shanghai, the upper and lower limits of the urban insurance base paid by freelancers were determined to be between 300% and 60% of the average monthly wage income of employees in the whole city last year, and the contribution ratio of endowment insurance was 30%.

Freelancers, men over 60 years old and women over 55 years old, can apply for old-age insurance with the payment period (including continuous service) 15 years. Individuals who continue to engage in freelance work and have legitimate economic income after reaching retirement age may continue to extend the payment for L to 5 years upon their own application.

For freelancers who participate in the basic old-age insurance, their retirement conditions and pension calculation and payment methods are completely consistent with those of employees in state-owned and collective enterprises, that is, pensions include basic pensions and personal pensions.
