Adhere to the basic national policy of equality between men and women and protect the legitimate rights and interests of women and children. We will improve the systems of social assistance, social welfare, charity, special care and resettlement, and improve the care and service system for left-behind children, women and the elderly in rural areas. Develop undertakings for the disabled and strengthen rehabilitation services for the disabled.
