How long does it take to make a social security card?

(2) Data entry and audit. The medical insurance center will enter and review the enrollment data and become the official enrollment data.

(3) data comparison. The medical insurance center will send the audited insurance information to the cooperative bank, which will compare it with the population information database of the public security system and the bank's own information database. If the comparison is unsuccessful, the insured information will be returned to the insured unit for re-examination.

(4) Pre-judgment and registration. The provincial medical insurance center will compare and register the above-mentioned successful personnel information with the basic database of the provincial social security card, and review the historical records of the social security card. If duplicate business card printing is found, the original social security card must be cancelled to enter the next business card printing procedure.

(5) printing and packaging. According to the comparison and registration results of business card printing, the information of people who meet the printing conditions of business cards is sent to the business card manufacturer for printing and packaging social security cards.

(6) Open a bank account. The business card manufacturer sends the semi-finished card to the cooperative bank, writes it into the electronic wallet, and opens a bank account.

(7) Card issuance registration. The provincial medical insurance center informs the insured units and individuals to receive social security cards. When issuing a card, the cardholder, the date of receipt and other information must be registered and formally entered into the social security card management system.
