How to renew inter-provincial social security after interruption

After the interruption of inter-provincial social security, I need to submit a written application to the social security agency in the new employment place with two vouchers: the basic old-age insurance payment voucher and the medical insurance participation voucher. In line with the conditions of transfer and connection, the social security agencies of both parties shall handle the transfer and connection procedures of endowment insurance and medical insurance within the prescribed time limit and complete the renewal.

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay. If the employer fails to pay social insurance premiums in full and on time, the social insurance premium collection agency shall order it to pay or make up within a time limit.
