What if the social security card is not collected?

The solution to not receiving the social security card is as follows:

1. The social security card and the medical insurance card are one card (one card): it is recommended to bring my valid ID card without receiving the social security card, and consult the local social security department for specific reasons;

2. For the parties who meet the local insurance conditions, the social security department has accepted the insurance information, and I have not been insured again. Generally, you will receive a social security card about one month after submitting the information;

3. When receiving the social security card, you should bring your valid ID card to the designated bank outlets designated by the local social security department, and go through the activation procedures of the social security card according to the instructions of the staff.

Process of employees applying for social security for the first time:

1. Original or photocopy of the ID card of the employed person;

2. Unemployed workers must provide the original of the Unemployment Certificate or the Manual of Labor and Social Security;

3, "employment registration roster" in duplicate (unemployed workers in triplicate);

4. Registration form for employees;

5. Labor contract;

6. Electronic file of labor contract information management report;

7. One-inch photo.

To sum up, the employer shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.
