The second case of double payment is that the two places pay different kinds of social security ("occupational insurance" and "residential insurance")

For multiple old-age insurance relationships in different basic old-age insurance systems, if the insured person participates in both urban workers' old-age insurance and urban and rural residents' old-age insurance in the same year, only the payment period of urban workers' old-age insurance will be calculated, and the corresponding individual contributions and collective subsidies for urban and rural residents' old-age insurance will be returned to him.

How to deal with the repeated payment of medical insurance;

1. If you repeatedly participate in employee medical insurance, in principle, you will keep the insurance relationship at the place of employment;

2. Repeatedly participating in residents' medical insurance, in principle, keep the insured relationship of my permanent residence;

3 students repeat insurance, in principle, keep the enrollment relationship;

4. Participate in employee medical insurance and resident medical insurance at the same time, and participate in employee medical insurance for more than 1 year. In principle, keep the employee medical insurance participation relationship;

If the insured person is a flexible employee, and both employee medical insurance and resident medical insurance are insured, only one of them will be retained, and the repeated insured relationship will be suspended.

Even if you pay two medical insurances at the same time, you can only enjoy one medical insurance reimbursement treatment and the other is invalid insurance when related medical expenses occur.

Everyone can choose a medical insurance according to their actual situation. If there is extra insurance premium, it is more cost-effective to buy some commercial insurance as supplementary insurance.
