Xinglong Forestry Bureau is located in Bayan County, Heilongjiang Province, 92 kilometers away from Harbin, the provincial capital, and 25 kilometers away from Suihua City in the north. Hasui Haruo Expressway and Binbei Railway connect the north and the south, and the traffic is developed. Xinglong Forestry Bureau has the longest narrow-gauge forest railway in the world, which runs across the application area, with a total length of188km. In addition to timber transportation, it has now developed into the main means of transportation for forest tourism. Developed tourist attractions such as Gaolizhai Folk Village, Qingfeng Primitive Forest Villa, Cihang Ancient Temple, Chalin River Drifting, Xinglong National Forest Park and more than 30 kinds of tourism projects.
