The insured can choose the following ways to query the balance of social security cards:

1. Telephone inquiry: You can call the customer service number of the issuing bank, enter the bank card account number and password, and follow the voice prompts to inquire about the balance in the card;

2. Inquiry through online banking: You can open the online banking of the issuing bank, and log in to the online banking to know the balance in the bank card;

3. Inquire through ATM: You can insert your bank card (if you don't have a bank card, you need to inquire at our ATM) into any ATM with UnionPay logo, and you can know the balance in the bank card after entering the operation password;

4. Check through the counter (some banks need to show their bank cards): You can go to the outlet of the issuing bank and give your ID card and bank card to the counter staff to help you check.
