How to apply for a child's social security card:

1, with the insured's ID card or household registration book, student ID card, residence permit and other relevant certificates;

2, by the staff of the applicant's information for the first instance, fill in the "children's social security card application registration form";

3. After the application is approved, complete the business card printing within 30 working days, and notify the card processing after completion.

How to bind children's medical insurance card

1, enter the child's name and ID number on the website, and enter the account number of the guardian to deduct the fee;

2. After logging in, click the medical unit binding, and select the hospital to bind. Preparation materials: For children's medical insurance cards that need to be bound, the staff will have a form for children's medical insurance card binding to fill out (made by social health);
