Social security standards for unemployed family members in the army

Legal Analysis: According to the Interim Measures of China People's Liberation Army on Social Insurance for Military Spouses during Unemployment, the basic living allowance and social insurance for military spouses during unemployment shall be paid monthly by the logistics department of the military unit according to the following standards:

(1) The standard of basic living allowance for spouses of soldiers stationed in the first and second types of hard and remote areas determined by the state and the third types of islands determined by the army, as well as soldiers stationed in general areas, is 1 100 yuan per person per month;

(2) The standard of basic living allowance for spouses of troops stationed in three or four kinds of hard and remote areas determined by the state and two kinds of islands determined by the army, as well as troops stationed in areas where salaries are paid in Tibet, is 1.400 yuan per person per month.

(3) The standard of basic living allowance for spouses of troops stationed in five or six hard and remote areas determined by the state, special islands determined by the army, and areas where military salaries are paid in three or four categories in Tibet is 1.700 yuan per person per month.

Legal basis: Article 45 1 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens have the right to receive material assistance from the state and society when they are old, sick or incapacitated. The state develops social insurance, social relief and medical and health services that citizens need to enjoy these rights.
